These Terms govern your use of Amplivanta. By using the platform, you agree to them.

You are responsible for the content you and your workspace members create and publish.

We provide the platform 'as is'. Service levels are defined per plan; Enterprise SLA is contractual.

You may cancel at any time; on cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for recovery, then deleted.
