1. Scope and Product Categories

This Marketplace Product & Content Policy governs products, listings, previews, metadata, seller store content, and other materials submitted to the Amplivanta Marketplace. Marketplace categories may include marketing templates, images, video, graphics, playbooks, tools and kits, and other approved digital marketing resources.

2. General Listing Standard

Products and listings must be lawful, accurately described, reasonably functional for their represented purpose, and compatible with the license and file information shown to buyers. Use accurate titles and categories. Describe required software, file formats, compatibility, and material limitations. Do not use fake reviews, fabricated sales claims, or unsupported performance guarantees. Do not imply Amplivanta endorsement unless expressly authorized.

3. Allowed Marketing Content

Subject to the other restrictions in this Policy, sellers may offer original or properly licensed digital marketing resources such as campaign templates, design assets, images, video, graphics, presentations, playbooks, checklists, marketing documents, workflow resources, and related digital kits.

4. Prohibited Products and Files

The following are prohibited, including where packaged as a marketing resource: Malware, spyware, ransomware, credential-stealing code, hidden malicious scripts, or files designed to compromise systems. Pirated, counterfeit, stolen, or unlawfully copied content. Stolen credentials, personal-data dumps, doxxing material, unlawfully obtained datasets, or tools primarily intended for unauthorized access. Content whose sale is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to evade law or platform safeguards. Material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Products that materially misrepresent what the buyer will receive.

5. AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

AI-generated or materially AI-assisted content is permitted only where the seller has the right to offer it and the content complies with this Policy. Sellers must make any disclosure required by the marketplace listing workflow and must not misrepresent AI-generated work as independently authored human work where that distinction is material. Seller remains responsible for rights clearance and factual accuracy. AI output must not include unauthorized replicas of protected brands, people, characters, copyrighted works, or proprietary assets. AI use must not conceal copied or infringing source material.

6. Licensing Requirements

Every paid product must have a clear marketplace-approved license. Sellers may use the Amplivanta Standard Commercial License where appropriate or another accepted product-specific license. License terms must be visible before purchase or accessible from the listing. A seller may not promise rights it does not own. Material restrictions should not be hidden only inside downloaded files.

7. Images, Video, Audio and Releases

Sellers of images, video, audio, or other media must possess appropriate rights to the underlying media and any required model, property, music, talent, or other releases. Material restrictions must be disclosed.

8. Marketing Claims and Regulated Statements

Listings may describe features and intended uses but must not make deceptive, unsubstantiated, or guaranteed performance claims. Products that include health, financial, legal, employment, housing, credit, or other regulated claims must comply with applicable law and may be restricted or rejected.

9. File Safety and Technical Requirements

Files must be delivered in supported formats and must not contain malicious code or undisclosed executables. Marketplace upload limits, supported formats, scanning procedures, and file-size requirements are configuration-driven and displayed in the production seller workflow.

10. Metadata, Tags and Search Integrity

Sellers must use relevant categories, tags, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions. Keyword stuffing, misleading tags, impersonation, deceptive previews, or manipulative metadata are prohibited.

11. Storefront and Seller Identity

Seller profile and storefront information must be accurate. Seller may use a business or brand identity it is authorized to use and must not impersonate another person, company, or marketplace seller.

12. Moderation and Enforcement

Amplivanta may review, scan, reject, request changes to, unpublish, quarantine, or remove content based on policy, rights, security, quality, legal, or marketplace-integrity concerns. The seriousness, frequency, and context of violations may affect enforcement.

13. Appeals and Corrections

Where an appeal or correction workflow is available, Seller may provide additional information or corrected files. Amplivanta may restore a listing when the underlying concern is resolved and restoration is appropriate.

14. Policy Changes and Contact

Marketplace rules may evolve as features, risks, laws, and product categories change. Material legal changes will be handled under the Amplivanta Terms of Service and applicable law. Policy questions may be sent to legal@amplivanta.com. CONTACT Questions about this document may be sent to legal@amplivanta.com. Marketplace support requests should use the support channel made available in the Amplivanta product or Help Center.
